Additional House Rules & Important Information Thank you for choosing our home for your stay! We want every guest to have an amazing experience while also helping us keep the property beautiful and enjoyable for future guests. General Rules - No parties or events permitted. - Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours. - No smoking or vaping inside the home. Evidence of smoking/vaping may result in additional cleaning or odor-removal charges. - Commercial photography, videography, or filming is not permitted without prior written approval. - Please treat the home and furnishings with care and report any issues promptly. Pool Rules - Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. - Children must be supervised at all times around the pool. - No glass is permitted in the pool area for safety reasons. - Please rinse off excessive sunscreen/oils before entering the pool when possible. Pool Heating - Pool heat is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. - Pool heating may take several hours to fully warm depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. - During colder weather, pool temperatures may fluctuate and specific water temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Check-In / Check-Out - Check-in: 4:00 PM - Check-out: 10:00 AM Parking - Please park only in designated parking areas and avoid blocking neighboring driveways or sidewalks. Respect for the Property This home was designed to create memorable experiences for families and groups visiting the Orlando/Disney area. Guests have access to the entire home and all included amenities, including the private pool, game room, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. The only off-limits areas are the locked owner’s closet located on the first floor next to the second king bedroom and the attic, which are not accessible to guests.
